PCs with multi-core processors

CubeDesktop NXT has been designed to work with today's multi-core processors and will use all the available processor cores in the system.

Application compatibility

Some applications may use non-standard techniques to present their windows. Although CubeDesktop NXT has been designed to maximize compatibility, there can be applications that show abnormal behaviours when managed by CubeDesktop NXT.

At the time of writing this, the following applications have been reported to have some kind of incompatibility:

• Windows Media Player. Video playback won't be shown in 3D effects.
• Third party media players. Video playback may not be shown in 3D effects.
